These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Primebook website at primbook.live, the Primebook Betting app, your Primebook ID and all related services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended only for adults aged 18 and over. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of online betting is permitted under the laws that apply to you in your state or territory. You may not use the Services where doing so would be unlawful.

2. Your Primebook ID & account

To use certain features you need a Primebook ID. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login details confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt or place undue load on the Services.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the Services without our permission.
• Share your account with, or open an account on behalf of, any person under 18.

4. Betting, risk & funds

Betting involves real financial risk, and you may lose money. Betting is a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the funds you choose to use. Only bet with money you can comfortably afford to lose. All markets, odds and settlement are subject to the rules made available within the Services.

5. Free tools

Any interactive tools we provide (such as the Toss Predictor, Over/Under Calculator and Fantasy Team Builder) are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They do not use real money, do not reflect real events or live data, and must not be relied on for any betting or financial decision.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, text, graphics and logos, are owned by or licensed to Primebook and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Services may rely on or link to third parties, such as WhatsApp for support and sign-up. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure. Please also read our disclaimer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primebook and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss of profits, funds, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Services and request account closure at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when the latest changes took effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
